What Kappa Means to Me

"My favorite Kappa memory is being able to attend the Kappa Convention in San Diego. There are so many Kappas across the world, and you have an instant connection with all of them. I witnessed how big of an impact this organization has on so many strong women across the world. The experience made my love for Kappa even greater."

-Emmalea, 2014 Pledge Class

"To me, Kappa is a home away from home. I never felt like I needed to impress anyone to be accepted here. Throughout the week of Recruitment, I always loved going to Kappa because I felt like I could be myself and relax. On bid day, I was beyond excited to run home to the white house on 16th. I was greeted by smiling faces and open arms. Since that day, I have made irreplaceable friendships and grown as a person with the help of the amazing women surrounding me. As much as I have become a part of Kappa, Kappa has become a part of me."

 -Katie, 2015 Pledge Class

"Kappa allows me to meet so many women similar to me. In my first year of being a Kappa, I've formed some of the best friendships, and I cannot imagine my life without those sisters of mine. My favorite memory was opening my bid card, I truly did make the best decision when I chose to "Go Kappa." I can't wait to make more life long friendships and memories in the years to come!"

-Natalie, 2016 Pledge Class
