Chapter Officers

Madison Damiani

President

The President supervises the affairs of the sorority and attends all of the meetings involving the chapter. She acts as the liaison between the sorority and the university. She fills vacancies occurring among chairmen as well as signs all official documents.

Whitney Beeland

Vice President Standards

The VPS is the head of the Standards Committee. She is responsible for planning sisterhood events, presides at chapter meetings in absence of the president and helps with initiation events. She also works with legal counsel in advising Fraternity Council when necessary.

Emily Macko

Vice President Organization

The VPO assists the President in all aspects of the sorority. She reviews the sorority publications and oversees the public relations of the sorority. She organizes the committees as well as arranges committee nights.

Alana Fierce

Vice President Academic Excellence

The VPAE promotes the academics of the sorority. She is responsible for checking grades as well as our sorority grade point average. She organizes study materials as well as arranges Scholarship Awards.

Hannah Conway

Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for the attendance of sorority members. She is in charge of updating chapter bylaws and standing rules. She receives all e-mails and replies on behalf of the chapter. She is responsible for the communication between the sorority and the university.

Sunny Freund

Treasurer

The Treasurer is in charge of the financial operations of the sorority. She works with Chapter Council members to prepare budgets each semester as well as maintains the overall budget of the sorority. She is responsible for signing checks and giving reimbursements.

Marah Giddens

Marshal

The Marshal maintains order at sorority meetings, plans initiation and presides over matters of ritual.

Hadley Trinkwon

Panhellenic Delegate

The Panhellenic Delegate serves as the liaison between the Panhellenic Council and Kappa Kappa Gamma. She attends all Panhellenic meetings and informs Chapter Council of new information concerning the Greek community.

Alex Swygman

Education Chairman

The Education Chair calls together all educational programming for the Fraternity. She oversees the maintenance and improvement of educational programs and provides information as requested.

Ariel Hunter

Event Chairman

The Event Chair is in charge of all Kappa Kappa Gamma social events. She takes the necessary procedures in order to put on a safe Kappa Kappa Gamma social event. She is in charge of planning and executing the events as well as taking in information to improve future events.

Elizabeth Baney

House Chairman

The House Chair is responsible for the maintenance of the Kappa Kappa Gamma house. She organizes the placement of sorority members in the house as well as plans House Mother Appreciation and plans all weekly dinners.

Membership Chairman

The Membership Chair is the spokesman for formal Recruitment. She oversees all formal Recruitment operations as well as communicates with Panhellenic Council about the rules and regulations of Recruitment.

New Member Chairman

The New Member Chairman is in charge of the new member class. She is responsible for educating them about Kappa Kappa Gamma and the Zeta Upsilon Chapter. She plans and supervises various events such as the New Member Retreat and Bid Day as well as encourages new members to get involved and help them in any way necessary.

Philanthropy Chairman

The Philanthropy Chair promotes philanthropy to the chapter and its members. She is responsible for planning the chapter's annual philanthropic event as well as coordinating the participation in other fraternity or sorority philanthropic events.

Abi Fritz

Public Relations Chairman

The Public Relations Chair is responsible for the public relations of the sorority. She writes up the monthly newsletters to be sent out to parents and alumnae. She also maintains the website, plans Parents Weekend, and orders Football buttons. She is in charge of upholding our public relations with the Greek Community as well as the university.

Risk Management Chairman

The Risk Management Chair is in charge of the security of members at Kappa events. She works with the VP Standards and Standards Committee to ensure that Kappa events are approved with Headquarters and go smoothly.
